At Global Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and gently used products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
